Join us to brainstorm, envision and help design the future of your Downtown! On Saturday, September 29, the City of Lowell and our consultants, the Lane Council of Governments and The Urban Collaborative, will host a downtown design workshop. The event will take place from 9:00-5:00 in the Lowell Fire Department Community Room. All interested residents are encouraged to attend and participate. Lunch will be provided.
