Starting Wage: $22/Hour 

Hours: Part-time hours to start shifts may range Mon-Fri, between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM, but an 8-hour shift is not guaranteed. 

Location: Lowell, Oregon

About this Client:

A flexible, energetic caregiver who can support both a teenager and a toddler. The role includes a mix of calm, patient engagement, such as spending time with the teen, which may involve sitting and watching video games, and fast-paced care for a busy toddler.

Must be experienced with children of different ages, including diaper changes, meal prep, and light cleaning. We’re looking for someone long-term who is honest, kind, and capable of adapting to both quiet and high-energy moments.

Here’s what our ideal teammate brings to the table:

-Own a smartphone or mobile device (required for clocking in/out and staying connected).

-18 years of age or older

-CPR & First Aid Certified – Already certified or willing to complete at hire (employee covers cost—we’ll guide you).

-At least 1 year in care roles such as caregiver, teacher’s aide, behavior support staff, or similar hands-on work.

 -Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

-Able to pass a state background check and complete fingerprinting if required by the State of Oregon.
