City Council Special Meeting

Special Meetings are called to discuss and consider items that may be time sensitive. Members of the public are invited to attend to observe, ask questions, provide input. The concurrence of a majority of the members of the council present is required to decide any question before the council.

The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. A request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired or for other accommodations for persons with disabilities should be made at least 48 hours before the meeting to the City Clerk, Joyce Donnell, at 541-937-2157.

Due to COVID-19, this meeting will be electronically through a live web conference. Members of the public may provide comment or testimony using any of the following methods:
