Building Permit Application
The Building Division is led by the City Clerk, with assistance from the contract Building Inspector. Currently,
Northwest Cde Professionals serves as the Building Inspector and processes all building, electrical, mechanical,
plumbing and manufactured home permit application via Accela. This includes structural and fire-life structural plan review,
inspections, and code consultations. the City is responsible for record keeping and data reporting to local, state and federal
agencies.
